Bug Bounty

Some bugs can be rewarded, especially security-related issues. Critical security vulnerabilities may be eligible for compensation based on their severity and impact.

Where to Report

You can report bugs through any of the following channels:

Email: Send details to our support email
Ticket System: Submit a support ticket through our platform

What to Include

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide the following information:

Required Information

Description: A clear and concise description of the bug
Steps to Reproduce: Step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue
Expected Behavior: What you expected to happen
Actual Behavior: What actually happened

Additional Details (if applicable)

Screenshots/Videos: Visual evidence of the issue
Browser/Device: Browser version, operating system, or device type
Server/Service: Which server or service is affected
Error Messages: Any error messages or codes displayed
Frequency: Does it happen every time or intermittently?
