Billing & Duration
Understanding billing, subscription duration, and Flex Mode.
LBC offers flexible billing options to fit your needs.
Duration Modes
Fixed Duration lets your application run until a specific end date. You can choose any duration from 1 day up to a year. Best for temporary projects, events, or testing.
Recurring automatically renews every 30 days until you cancel, with your rate locked in. Best for ongoing projects and production applications.
How Billing Works
You're charged hourly for allocated resources, billed monthly. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime without penalties, and cancel anytime with no long-term commitment. A processing fee applies for very short durations.
Billing automatically pauses during infrastructure downtime or maintenance, so you're never charged for our issues. There's also a grace period to resolve payment issues before any data removal.
Flex Mode
Flex Mode saves money when your application is off. Instead of paying for CPU and RAM 24/7, you only pay when running. Disk and backup storage are always billed regardless.
A small monthly flex fee applies. Flex Mode is profitable if your application is off more than 30% of the time. CPU/RAM billing stops only once your application has been off for more than 1 hour. It's a threshold, not per-usage metering, so short restarts under an hour don't trigger any billing change.
Best for development servers, scheduled play sessions, or applications that don't need 24/7 uptime.
Managing Your Subscription
From the Billing Subscription tab you can upgrade, downgrade, extend duration, switch modes, or cancel. Changes take effect immediately.
